Can I customize an order?

Yes, we offer customization options such as color changes, sleeve modifications, and minor design adjustments to suit your preferences.

For plus-size garments (bust 40.5 inches and above), an additional 10%–20% charge may apply.


Does the price change for customized orders?

Prices remain the same for outfits ordered exactly as displayed on our website.
However, any customization or alteration requests may incur additional charges.

For sale or discounted items, customization and alteration charges are always additional.


Can I request a color change for a product?

Yes, color customization is available.
While some designs are best suited to specific shades, we provide a color palette for selection.

For special color requests, please contact us directly.


How do I know my size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart.
Once your order is placed, we recommend sharing your exact measurements so your outfit can be tailored for the best fit.

Plus-size garments (bust 40.5"+) may attract additional charges.


What if my measurements don’t match the size chart?

That’s absolutely fine. We can tailor your outfit according to your personal measurements.
Our team will guide you through the process once your order is placed.

Additional charges apply for measurements above the standard size range.


How do I make a payment?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa / MasterCard / American Express / Maestro

  • Bank Transfers

For alternative payment options, please contact us directly.


Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

As each outfit is handcrafted and made-to-order, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, exchanged, or refunded once confirmed.


What are the shipping charges?

  • Within India: Free shipping

  • International Orders: Shipping charges apply based on destination, weight, and volume

International shipping costs will be shared at the time of order confirmation.


Are the product colors shown on the website accurate?

We photograph all our outfits under professional lighting conditions to ensure accuracy.
However, minor variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting differences, or fabric dye characteristics.


What are your delivery options?

We ship orders directly to your doorstep.
You may also opt for studio pickup from our Pitam Pura location.


What if I order multiple products?

If multiple products are ordered together, they will be shipped once the entire order is ready.
If you require partial delivery, please contact our team for assistance.


How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared upon request.
You can contact us anytime for order updates.


What is the usual delivery timeline?

As all outfits are handcrafted and made-to-order, delivery typically takes 30–60 days, depending on the design and customization.

For urgent requirements, please get in touch with us before placing the order.


How do alterations work?

All custom-made outfits include a 4-inch margin for adjustments.
Alterations may require 1–2 trials to achieve the perfect fit.

Shipping costs for sending garments for alterations must be borne by the customer.
Alterations on sale or discounted items may incur additional charges.


How long do alterations take?

Alterations usually take 1–2 weeks, depending on the garment and required changes.


Where do I send my outfit for alterations?

You can send or personally drop off your outfit at:

Currently, we do not offer pick-up services for alterations.


Are there any additional charges?

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Customizations

  • Plus-size garments (bust 40.5"+): 10%–20% extra

  • Alterations on sale or discounted items


What if I don’t like my product? Do you offer refunds?

As every outfit is made-to-order and handcrafted, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
However, our team is always happy to assist you with any concerns after delivery.
