For international orders, duties and taxes imposed by the destination country must be paid directly by the customer to the logistics provider.

DELIVERY POLICIES

We dispatch all parcels through trusted third-party courier services. Asian Couture is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional COD charge will be applied to the final invoice.


UNDELIVERED OUTFITS

Once an outfit is ready and full payment is received, it will be dispatched as scheduled. If the customer chooses in-store pickup, the outfit will be held until the agreed pickup date.

If the parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts:

  1. We will contact the customer to reattempt delivery.

  2. If unreachable, the outfit will be held for 6 months.

  3. If there is no response within this period, the outfit and payment will be considered forfeited.


DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

  1. Discounts apply only to select products.

  2. Website discounts may not apply in-store.

  3. Sale/discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return.

  4. Discounts vary by product and will reflect in the final invoice.

  5. No price adjustments on previously purchased or later-marked-down items.
