Returns & Exchanges
All Asian Couture garments are handcrafted and made-to-order, created exclusively for each customer.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that:

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds are not permitted once an order is confirmed.

This policy applies to both domestic and international orders.
However, if your garment requires fit-related alterations, our team will be happy to assist you.

Alteration services may require one or more fittings to ensure the perfect fit.

Return shipping costs for alterations must be borne by the customer for both domestic and international orders.

Alterations on sale or discounted items may incur additional charges.
Taxes & Duties

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of Maximum Retail Price (MRP).

For international orders, Asian Couture operates on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
This means:

Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes are not included in the product price.

These charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery.

Asian Couture does not have control over customs assessments and cannot predict the exact amount payable.
Failure to pay applicable duties or taxes may result in delivery delays or return of the shipment, for which Asian Couture will not be held responsible.
