Shipping

Shipping within India is free of cost and fully covered by us.
For international orders, shipping charges are additional and calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination country of the shipment.
Exact international shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.

Returns

All Asian Couture garments are made-to-order and handcrafted exclusively for each customer. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions.

We do not offer returns or exchanges once an order is placed.

However, if your garment requires alterations, we will be happy to assist you.

For both domestic and international orders, return shipping for alterations must be borne by the customer, as we require at least one fitting to ensure your outfit is tailored perfectly to your measurements.

Taxes & Duties

All prices displayed on our website reflect the Maximum Retail Price (MRP).

For international orders, we operate on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means the product price does not include import duties, customs charges, or local taxes.

As the recipient, you are responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, or local sales taxes applicable in your country. These charges must be settled at the time of delivery to release your order from customs.
