For international deliveries, shipping charges are additional and are calculated based on the weight, volume of the product, and destination country. Shipping costs for international orders will be shared upon inquiry.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All our garments are handcrafted and made-to-order exclusively for you. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions.
As each piece is specially crafted, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. However, we are happy to assist with necessary alterations.
For international orders requiring alterations, the return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. We recommend at least one trial fitting to ensure the garment is tailored perfectly to your measurements.
TAXES & DUTIES
All product prices displayed are at Maximum Retail Price (MRP).
International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means the prices shown are exclusive of import duties, customs charges, and local taxes applicable in the destination country.
The recipient is responsible for paying all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes required to release the shipment upon arrival.
